Shipping Information
Orders for cookies,fudge and brownies placed by 8am EST Monday through Wednesday will ship the same day.
Please note that currently we only ship Monday-Thursday.
Any orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. During warm weather months (May to September) we ship using insulated boxes and/or ice packs to guarantee that your fudge and brownies will arrive in perfect condition. During the rest of the year the fudge is shipped freshly frozen so by the time it reaches you it is ready to eat.
Our products maintain its quality and freshness for up to 3 weeks if stored in the refrigerator and can also be frozen up to 1 month. Brownies are not recommended to be frozen.
Please Note:
We ship using FedEx. Once shipped orders can be expected anywhere from 2-5 days.
Incorrect shipping information may result in your order NOT being delivered. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. It is the sole responsibility for the customer to provide a viable shipping address. We are not responsible for the item if FEDEX has to make multiple attempts at delivery. There are also no refunds on returned items. (If several attempts are made at delivery and the recipient isn't available to sign for the package, and that package is returned, then the customer assumes complete liability.) Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.

Currently orders can only be shipped within the US and we do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.
